Rowing Technique Seminar with Coach Bella

This seminar is designed to teach you the proper foundation in rowing technique. Most athletes who train on the erg focus on going fast and finishing the workout — this seminar creates space to slow down, understand the mechanics of a good stroke, and build habits that carry over into every workout.
The class is capped at 14 participants. The curriculum is structured in three phases: foundational concepts and technique, stroke rate theory and rhythm, and applied practice under increasing intensity.
The rowing seminar will be held on Saturday, August 8th at 10:30am and will be roughly 2 hours. It is $40 for the seminar.
