Program Description
The Foundations program is the essential route to becoming a part of R3VIVE. This structured three-month membership pairs you with a dedicated coach who will guide you through movement mechanics, build your confidence, and prepare you for group classes at your own pace.
Your first month starts with three one-hour personal training sessions to establish your movement foundation, followed by two 30-minute sessions in each of months two and three to keep you progressing. Every month includes 12 group classes, a personalized nutrition plan, and direct access to your coach through the app chat feature so you always have support when you need it.
You'll leave Foundations moving better, eating smarter, and ready to thrive in everything R3VIVE has to offer.
One-on-One Coaching

Gradual Integration
Ease into group classes with a coach by your side, so by the time Foundations wraps up you feel right at home.

How Foundations Works
What to Expect When Joining our Onboarding Program
Our proven 4-step process is expertly designed through years of experience to provide you with the education and preparation you need to get on track to your fitness goals.
Step 1
Meet with one of our staff and discuss your background, limitations, and end goals.
After this meeting you will be assigned your own coach that will guide you through the program.
Step 2
You will be given 3 personal training sessions for the first month. We recommend completing those at your earliest convenience so you can join group classes.
A coach will assign a nutritional plan to you and go over how macro tracking works at R3VIVE. This plan will be tailored towards your personal fitness goals.
Step 3
Join group classes!
30 Minute training session or check-in with your assigned coach to see how you are progressing with your goals, classes, nutrition, and more.
Step 4
After you have completed your 3 months, you can choose a new membership program with the amount of personal training and group classes you desire.
