Focused on Building strength and power through the olympic lifts, Barbell is designed for Individuals looking to improve their ability to express their strength and power, through the olympic lifts. This class is lead from beginning to end by a certified olympic weight lifting coach. We focus on safe and effective technique, steady progress and improving your strength. Beginners get hands-on instruction from day one, and experienced lifters get the feedback and structure they need to keep improving.
Members choose this program to get strong, powerful, and technically sharp. Coaches are there to adjust technique, motivate, and provide programming that can evolve around you and your needs.
