We’re excited to partner with Long Live Brewery in Roxbury for a high-energy functional-fitness HIIT class that blends community, movement, and a well-earned drink at the end. For $30, you’ll get a 60-minute, coach-led workout designed by R3VIVE FITNESS to build strength, boost endurance, and leave you feeling strong, energized, and ready for a drink of your choice post-class. This full-body workout combines bodyweight movements and kettlebells across three different stations, making it both challenging and approachable for all fitness levels. Spots are limited!


Class Details:

Sat. June 20th 10:30AM - 11:30AM at Long Live Brewery In Roxbury. The class will be coached by Derek from R3VIVE Fitness.


Your ticket includes:
– 60-minute guided workout with a trained coach
– A mix of bodyweight + kettlebell training across 3 stations
– One drink of your choice post-class
– All fitness levels welcome


Bring water and a friend, or come solo and meet new ones.

FAQs

What equipment do I need?

R3VIVE Fitness will provide everything that you need. This workout is primarily bodyweight-based, but there will be a few kettlebell movements. Be sure to bring a water bottle full of water to ensure you stay hydrated.


Do I need a ticket?

Yes! The class is $30, and ticket spots are limited.


What's included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes a 60-minute guided workout with a coach from R3VIVE. You'll also get a drink ticket to enjoy a drink post-class. You'll be able to kick back and relax after class at Long Live and get to know the community.


What should I expect from the class?

If you are new to R3VIVE - don't worry! Every movement will be walked through, so you know exactly what you are doing and can be scaled for every fitness level. The class will be set up in stations, allowing you to move comfortably throughout the space. We can't wait to work out with you!
