Why Choose Us?

It’s the new year, and like many others, starting a new fitness routine is common amongst many. You’re probably looking into new exercise routines, gyms and services to shake up older methods of training that you don’t think have worked for you.

Believe us, we get it. Like many of you, we at R3VIVE share similar journeys from when we first got started with our fitness routines. Listed below are some of the reasons why we believe we are the best choice when seeking a change in your fitness regimen.

Here’s why…

Personal training session

Initial Consultation

Though it may not seem like a groundbreaking idea, a lot of gyms actually do not take the time to initially meet and greet you. You just show up. Unlike these gyms, we don’t just see you as a number. We value your time and desire for change, because like you, we were in the same position ourselves.

Your health is an investment and should be taken seriously when determining how we can best service your needs. During our consultations, we are able to discuss your personal and fitness background, your new goals / motivations and provide you the opportunity to learn more about us.

You can learn more about our consultation process from a previous post.

On Ramp

Another key service we provide is our on-ramp program . Again, unlike many gyms, we separate ourselves by providing this service as a means to your success!

Upon completing your initial consultation, we can then determine your experience level and recommend our on-ramp program. Our on-ramp program is used for both experienced and inexperienced members. Based on your fitness level, we can determine how many on-ramp sessions you will need, which can vary between 1 – 6 sessions, depending on your training age, movement restrictions or when recovering from injuries.

At the minimum, one session will be assigned so that we can provide you with our in-depth movement and performance assessment. If you’re also looking for nutrition / dietary changes, we can also utilize this time to weigh you in and discuss nutrition goals and make recommendations for programs we offer.

Programming

Here at R3VIVE, we offer a multitude of services to fit your needs. By establishing your fitness goals during your consultation, we can determine if group classes work best; or if you have specific needs, we can also offer personal training and/or personal programming.

When providing a group training service, we understand that “one size” does not fit all. In order to best provide you with a quality fitness experience, our group training classes offer two distinctive programming tracks, build and perform .

This is another example of how we strive to establish an all inclusive gym – regardless of your current fitness level – collaborating with you to develop a plan that will work for the long term.

Coaching

We pride ourselves with providing our members with thoughtful programming, carried out by our experienced and caring staff. You’ll find that our staff members are constantly communicating with members, asking questions to see how you are feeling generally or on that specific day. We care to know, this way we can provide suggestions for movements and / or performance modifications.

Your long term success is vital to our practices!

Our facility

If you are familiar with the story on how we formed our business, you may have overheard how we started from a facility that was not well cared for. While our roots have shaped us from humble beginnings, we at R3VIVE are committed to providing our members with a clean space that is consistently kept up with.

We’re aware of the times we are currently living in, where maintaining a well kept facility is important in the spread of disease and germs. At R3VIVE, we strive to create an environment that’s safe, inclusive, healthy and clean!

Our Community

We’ve saved the best for last! We couldn’t be more proud of the community we’ve established here at R3VIVE. We are a collection of fitness enthusiasts that come from all walks of life, with the common goal of inclusiveness through health and wellness.

We are leaders inside and outside of our gym! We not only want to create an impact to those who walk through our doors, but for those who live beyond them.

Seriously, we can discuss how amazing our culture is, but you’ll have to come in and see for yourself!

Our next programming cycle runs from July 12th to September 12th. It's an 8-week cycle, so it's a bit shorter than the last one. We'll be bringing back some Olympic lifts and continuing with the A-B week progressions. The post Functional Fitness Training Block: Resurgence Cycle appeared first on R3VIVE FITNESS.
