3-Step Intake: Consult

Why consult?

The consult is the first and most vital step in our 3-Step Intake . This is where we deep dive into your goals and your “Why” to begin your fitness journey.

When many gyms tend to ask the superficial questions surrounding your goals, we help you build a connection with them. We believe that if you are doing work that you believe is important and necessary, then you will always have passion for your work. Over time we’ve learned that developing this connection to your “Why” will always lead to results.

To start, we’ll give you an opportunity to learn a little bit about us. We’ll then spend a majority of the time having an in-depth and focused conversation to learn more about you:

Your lifestyle, routine, sleep habits, nutrition, what’s important to you, where you’re starting in fitness and where you’d like to be.

From there, we’ll review our findings and use this information to determine the most optimal strategy for success. This may look like:

  • On-Ramp (followed by group classes)
  • Personal Training
  • Program Design or
  • Hybrid Group Training

No matter the path, our overarching goal is to challenge and support you toward a higher fitness IQ. The learning begins with understanding your “Why”. This foundation of learning will guide you in establishing the habits that will allow you to live an active life into your latter years and, of course, experience the results you sought.

Come sit down (in-person or virtually) for an in-depth consult and see if we’re a good fit.

Here at R3vive, we don’t prioritize competition; we believe in movements that foster a healthier tomorrow and promote longevity. But competition does have its benefits; embracing the intensity, camaraderie, and fun can help build the intensity and results you're looking for.
