Introducing our Gym M.O.M. (Member of the Month) for January 2023 … Chris Bell!

Chris is a morning warrior regular and always shows up to class on time and ready to work. What we value most about Chris is his coachability. He knows that overall, we know what his best interests and goals are, and he is always willing to listen and adapt to our coaching.

Chris’ positive attitude and charm are a staple of the 6am classes. It really makes coaching him fun for us coaches and we’re sure it provides motivation and inspiration to the members who workout along side him.

We’re proud to honor Chris as our first gym M.O.M. for 2023!
